MY BACKGROUND
Hi! I am Becca and I am so happy that you picked to take a look at my resume site! I have many different interests, but my main areas of focus are on business, event planning, and social media. I am a full-time student in pursuit for my Bachelors of Science Degree at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I am studying Business Communications with a minor in Business Administration. I am looking for an Event Coordinating Assistant Position for Part-Time work while I live in Chattanooga. I truly believe that you should love what you do in life, and I am determined to find what I love to do and to work hard at it everyday.

I am in charge of small-medium scale events ranging from 25-200 people. These events have included clients such as The Hermitage, PRA, Bridgestone, Vanderbilt, and many individuals looking to book catering for their weddings or events.

I have been working for Nashville's Number One Catering company, Chef's Market for four years, My current position held is a Catering Project Assistant. I have also worked at Riverwood Mansion in East Nashville for half a year as an intern and was later hired as an Event Assistant.

My areas of specialty include catering, catering logistics, set-up for upscale events, planning, and coordinating.

Interested in web design, photography, professional planning, business communications, and social media marketing. Previous employment has taught me how to communicate effectively to vendors before and on the day of events and how to set up accurate timelines for full wedding party, family, and vendors to follow. I also have experience in floral and glassware rentals as well as preparing condensed packages of rentals to present to brides. Training incoming interns as well as setting up schedules for them.
